i would say it is totally worth it! i use it most places and its so nice to have it even just to feel more safe i guess? as the other comment said you can get them at most places, my parents got it for me so i dont have any tips :(

Try using a lanyard of any kind add fidgets earplugs and things to distract yourself with also try sitting in a back of a class but NOT next to walls in case of any hitting tics also let an friend and teacher know so they understand ,i have tics 2 and this rly helps X

Hey I use it 100% recomenned

I also have Tics and it can drive me mad, I use a note on the edge of my table so that if i tic they don't look at me werid and tell me to stop

I use noise canceling headphones and I have a card with all of my different disabilities and its apart of who you are so don't think oh if I tic and someone hears it and says something not nice and just tell them you cant control it and it not cool to make fun of tourette's syndrome or tics or any other condition

Also if anyone has suggestions of cheap mobility aids I'd love that!
