- Special InterestsIn Neurodivergent Corner!30 December 2024My biggest one right now is defo all of us are dead the korean high school drama. The whole thing is basically this zombie apocalypse that was started by a high school science teacher because he was trying to make his son stronger to fight back against bullying. The show's main characters are On-jo, chongsan, namra, su-hyeok, desu, gwi-nam, nayeon, gyeongsu, minji, woojin, ji-min, i-sak, joo-young, hari and hyo-ryeong. They get stuck in their school and have to fight to make it to the rooftop to try and get a helicopters attention however they get abandoned due to namra being a half zombie (she was bitten however the zombie virus feeds off of fear and because she was ok with dying it didn't really affect her much and she wasn't trying to bite her friends so they didn't kick her out). After being rejected by the literal Government they go back through the whole school and start running through the area they are in to get to a district in korea that they believe to be safe. By the time they make it to the safety camp and begin to be questioned they've lost; i-sak, nayeon, woojin, namra (she almost bites one of them and decides to not go with them in order to keep them safe), gyeongsu, ji-min, joo-yeong and gwi nam (who in reality has been trying to kill them the whole time because he's also a half zombie so good thing he never left the school), oh and chongsan dies saving the rest from gwi nam right before they made it to safety. HOWEVER, s2 is due to come out in 2026/ end of 2025 and because we never saw cheongsan and gwi-nam die in the fire together it is believed that both will return in s2 with cheongsan being a half zombie. At the end of s1 the remaining few (on-jo, su-hyeok, desu, minji, hari, hyo-ryeong) sneak out of the safety zone and back to the school one night in hopes of finding namra after seeing a fire lit on the school roof they had previously taken refuge on. They find namra and she tells them that "they are here" before literally throwing herself off the roof and running. My theory is that she found a bunch of other half-bies and they like are a pack sorta thing? and maybe cheongsan is there because the last shot we get before that series ends is the rest of them staring off where namra jumped and landed with like a shocked but loving look on their faces. if anyone watches it PLEASE talk with me about i because i love it SO much haha.00

- Tips for faintingIn Disability FAQs30 December 2024I appreciate the reply! As for an update for anyone else following this or could find this helpful: I tend to not go anywhere by myself as the summer has made everything worse, and something I learned the hard way is apparently pregnancy can make dysautonomia much worse (who would have thought?). Quick update: pregnancy makes it 10000x worse (at least for me), found an amazing and supportive partner, POTS can sometimes go away after pregnancy, life is terrifying but good. And we have a cat (tax added she sleeps like this). Long update: I saw my cardiologist and he basically told me that life is going to suck and to avoid concussions, but he’s had patients that had the dysautonomia go away after pregnancy so it will either go back to normal, get worse, or disappear after birth but right now it’s the worst 9 month flare I’ve ever had. Also to inspire some hope in others, I have found the best partner in the world since making this post and she’s amazing. I know for many of us it’s very hard to keep any form of relationships and it was honestly terrifying to have to share my “burdens” with someone else but it’s not even been an issue. When I first told her about it and what my experience is her first reaction was that everyone has something they struggle with and it’s hypocritical to see others as less than for their struggles. She was scared at first by my syncope episodes since I get twitchy during that look like seizures but all is good. If I pass out in public she’s there to help, if I do it at home in the middle of the night she gets up carries me back to bed and makes sure I’m okay. It’s not even an annoyance to her and she’s never made me feel bad about it. We are worried a little about caring for a baby with my conditions when she goes back to work afterwards but we have a solid support system around in the area. Thanks for checking in and offering advice, I kind of forgot about this post tbh and I appreciate the follow up! :)0
