I am in a very similar position to you at the moment. I am in year 10 and awaiting an asd and adhd assessment (with that being said i do have an FND and functional tics diagnosis). I really recommend talking to your head of year and asking for the accomodations you need (for example, a room on your own, extra time etc). As long as you can explain why you need it (eg: you get overwhelmed in crowds) then a diagnosis is not required to get accommodations. Granted a diagnosis makes it easier to get them but it is not required. Hope this helps. Have a good day.

If you’re young (9-15 ish I would say)talk about it with a parent/guardian or who ever takes care of you and ask to go to the doctors for a diagnosis
