I have FND and have non epileptic seizures that aren't exactly like fainting(also faint due to anxiety and panic disorder). I will be mostly unconscious for an extended period of time. One thing that has brought me a lot of comfort is having things like a medical ID on my phone or a bracelet. It's not the exact same but I hope it helps.

Hi! I have chronic pain in the majority of the joints in my body, especially my knees and hips. When it gets bad, I use a heating pad or ice pack. I'm also looking at getting mobility aid because it does often restrict my mobility. I went to physical therapy for a long time, it didn't really help for me, but my physical therapist helped me find resources to try to get answers on what the pain might be, so that might be my first suggestion: go to PT or your general provider and try to get some answers (it'll be a long journey but it's worth it!) Also, I would research some causes of joint pain to see if it fits you, and ask around in your family so you can see if anything runs in your family, then you can give your GP some more specific info and some ideas. I mostly researched Rheumatoid Arthritis because it runs in my family, and Ehlers Danlos because I have a lot of hyper mobility.

Yeah, thankfully I have a solid 504 plan, which is very helpful for school. I'm currently on the lookout at my local thrift store for more comfy clothes, thanks for the suggestion!

Hi i understand the feeling, all my friends, some teachers think I have ADHD, even my mum thinks me and my dad have it but the problem is they don't care! I really want to get tested but my parents say it's a waste.and I don't wanna look strange asking them! If anyone has any tips pls tell. :)

It is tricky with kids they can be very cruel but with society the way it is now you could get some help from your school. Whatever you do just keep communicating with your parents and family because they will hold you up when your struggling.

Hi I am mid way into my autism diagnosis but I have major depressive disorder extreme cormorbid anxiety disorder it is a real diagnosis btw it is extremely rare because there is a extremity required and it means you have more then 2 anxiety disorders who help each other out (PTSD GAD SAD and Panic disorder) and I have extreme panic attacks that cause me to pass out for 20-60 minutes due to lack of oxygen to my brain with no warning I have never met someone with mental illness to my degree body attacks it’s own immune system causing rashes infections I have had them all my entire life and I am doing correspondence school with a teacher that I meet 4 times a week I can’t count on one hand hie many times I’ve awoken to paramedics on the phone and people telling me I had a seizure I did not I had a panic attack when I say that they act like I caused it 😭
