Does anyone have any tips for GCSEs? I'm currently waiting for an autism assessment and in year 10 and I am struggling with it all and my school isn't that helpful so I was wondering if anyone else had some advice?

Hi, I have a question.. For many years now I have had episodes of dissociation of which sometimes I am aware that I am in an episode, but many times I do not realize until after someone asks me what happened to me? And I would like to know, how can I differentiate if what I have is dissociative identity disorder or a non-epileptic seizure, or something else?.. I almost forgot to mention that many times a day I usually have spasms that I don't know what they are due to. Thanks so much for reading! 🌻

Is anybody else in high school (or maybe middle school) who has Tourette's and can give me some tips? Most of the people around me have no idea that I have Tourette's, and I have no idea how to tell them. My teachers know, but I can't exactly go to that one kid across from me in English who just never shuts up and tell him that I have tics. It's so loud and embarrassing. Please help!!!
