Hello, I have undiagnosed tics my parent have no idea and tell me to stop they don't belive me or anything I do not have any aids or anything to help does anyone have any suggestions on what to get to help that is usfull easy to travel with and quiet 🤫 Thanks xx

Do you guys think this flower scheme is worth it for someone with dyslexia dyspraxia and diagnosed autism? Do you know where you can get them from? And do you think it’s worth it? To use daily I am not sure if a should and how to convince my parents on it
