Hi I’ve been struggling with a similar situation.Find a teacher you trust,Write notes of your tics(what they are,When they happen more etc) then ask for a talk and ask for accommodations (I like sitting at the back so no one can really see me tic unless they turn around or sit with a friend if in a class with them ^^)
Good I hope they stay that way as this works for me
I think you should try sitting next to none people I guess and I would print some information or write them a not but ask them not to talk to you about it and leave it on their desk
