Noise reduction methods/school trip

Hi I am going to London with school and need noise reduction I normally use a mix of loops and over ear noise cancelling headphones however wondering if I should take ear defenders especially for Thorpe park a big theme park as my normal headphones are too lose for rides and need a way to secure loops any opinions and tell me any tips for a school trip to london.
