hello!!!!!! I've just turned twelve in February and birthdays can be hard for me as well because im autistic and have adhd. one of the things I struggle with is being sung happy birthday I find it annoying and embarrassing but also you have to sit there and smile and act all happy when people are staring at you and singing. I love birthdays but they are very hard at times.
What exactly do you struggle with?
