I feel so anxious when i'm alone in a shop. I feel dizzy, kinda like in a dream. Last wednesday, i had to go to the hairdresser, my mom was working at home, so I was alone there. There was a lot of people, that was awful ! Still don't know how 2 avoid this "feeling"...

i know how being in disociative state outside can feel..weird.but unfortunately, you can't realy avoid that feeling , when i am feeling like that , i try to look at the sky, or somewhere far all around me slap yourself gently, sprinkle yourself with water, or use a fan (i don't know for you, but personaly when i am in a disociative state or a brain fibro-fog, i start felling realy warm and often get overwelhmed, but the fan helps a lot)
Hi, I totally understand but don't know how to avoid it either, I also might have social anxiety so it doesn't really help! What I usually do is to imagine that I'm in a book and/try to imagine other people's thoughts and life to distract my brain from where I am. You can also visualize the converstions or the people that might be there and breath (even though it sounds stupid scientific papers show that it's suppose to work). Hope this helps ❤️
