Heyy, does anybody knows if you can get a diagnosis for alexithymia and what I could do to help (emotion charts don’t work)? And does anyone also struggles with that ?

i think that alrxithyma is more a symptom rather than a whole issue, you can have an autism diagosis but i don't think so for alexithyma
