So I have a lot of panic attacks. Some are sensory and the rest are from stress. I mostly have them at school and hide them from everyone. It's getting too much now and I can't cope now. I use loops all day at school but they're not enough- I've also got small fidgets I bring with me to distract me but again, it's too much. I'm hoping to tell my hoy( head of year) soon but I need to find a chance. Does anyone have any advice on how to cope at school? Any would be useful as I have one almost every dayðŸ˜

As long as the school is aware of them they are normally supportive I have a can I take a. Break card for if my tics are really bad or fainting episode or even panic attacks as well
