So I have a lot of panic attacks. Some are sensory and the rest are from stress. I mostly have them at school and hide them from everyone. It's getting too much now and I can't cope now. I use loops all day at school but they're not enough- I've also got small fidgets I bring with me to distract me but again, it's too much. I'm hoping to tell my hoy( head of year) soon but I need to find a chance. Does anyone have any advice on how to cope at school? Any would be useful as I have one almost every day😭

As long as the school is aware of them they are normally supportive I have a can I take a. Break card for if my tics are really bad or fainting episode or even panic attacks as well
always bring with you sour candys ( normaly it is recomanded to bite in a piece of lemon but i don't thing you can bring it with you at school) focus on the acidity of the candy, and it is realy gonna help you.ask the teacher if you can go to the bath room an dtake a jacket and your phone with you to feel more comfortable , try to calm down and if you realy can't, take your phone and search for instruction for breathing method or even just watch some videos, it will distract your brain enought and you're gonna feel beter
when I have panic attacks I also use noise canceling headphones/earplugs and fidgets. but one thing that has worked for me is bringing something small with my that's soft or squishy and I just feel it and it normally calms me down. but I hope you get some relief🐸
Tell hoy as soon as possible also talk to send coordinator and try to get acomodations eg noise cancelling headphones time out cards hope this helps
